Cllr Kathleen Taylor
Mirfield shopkeepers who are interested in applying for a grant to improve their shopfront have only until December of this year to submit their application. Of an initial £20,000 budget their is only £10,000 left.
The scheme is due to end in December so the allocated monies if not spent could be wasted.
If you are a shopkeeper and would like further information please contact myself or Debbie Bates at Kirklees Council.
Cllr James Taylor
Congratulations to Westfield Nurseries, Shillbank Lane, Mirfield who on 31st July raised a superb total of £1624 at their Summer Fayre towards funds for Kirkwood Hospice.
